BPG X Battle Brothers Military Appreciation Month

May 1st, 2020

May is National Military Appreciation Month. Led by Gulf War Combat Veteran and Owner Etienne Fontan, we at Berkeley Patients Group deeply care for and respect the men and women who have given their lives to serve our country.

In honor of National Military Appreciation Month, veterans will receive 15% off their purchases at BPG all month, and veterans over 65 will receive 20% off.

Sales at BPG during May will also benefit the Battle Brothers Foundation, as part of our  $1 Million For Good initiative. Keep reading to learn about the important work they do and how you can support veterans this month.

Shelter-In-Peace: Free Resources to Relax the Mind

April 8th, 2020

As many of us enter our third or fourth week of self-quarantine, we might be feeling restless, irritable or alone. This is perfectly normal; many of us at BPG are feeling the same.

Some of us feel it’s important to stay “productive” during self-quarantine, some of us don’t, and that’s ok.

We’re here to remind you that your mental health matters, and to be kind to yourself during these tough times.

Thanks to modern technology and global connectivity, there are a wide variety of free resources to keep our body and mind active and nourished.

From classes to coloring books, we have a few ideas on how to uplift your mental health during self-isolation. Of course, cannabis complements all of them 🙂

Conservation & Criminal Justice Awareness Month at BPG

April 3rd, 2020

Berkeley Patients Group launched our $1 Million For Good initiative back in October, supporting ten nonprofits working to uplift our local community. Each month, BPG will drive funds and awareness to one of our nonprofit partners.

Now, more than ever, it’s essential to support organizations like Planting Justice, which work to uplift our local communities.

Coronavirus – BPG’s Commitment to Safety & Health

March 13th, 2020

You may be feeling concerned about COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus. If so, you are not alone.

Bay Area counties and the city of Berkeley have announced a shelter-in-place order through May 31, at least.

Essential businesses, such as hospitals, grocery stores, banks, and pharmacies will remain open. Restaurants will serve only take-out or delivery orders. Non-essential businesses, including bars, clubs, and gyms will close.

State and local officials agree that access to quality-tested cannabis is essential.

We appreciate the hard work of all the people who worked to secure access to safe cannabis and obtain this clarification from the government.

Berkeley Patients Group will remain accessible to all persons 21+ (or 18+ with a valid doctors recommendation).

To limit the spread of COVID-19, we will be open every day for limited hours, from 11am to 7pm, via Curbside Pick Up and Delivery Only.
